LAST CALL for submissions to Redwood Liberty News

This is the LAST CALL for submissions for the next edition of our chapter
newsletter, the Redwood Liberty News (formerly known as the Redwood
Libertine). The deadline is FRIDAY, AUGUST 8TH AT 4:00 P.M.

Any civil liberties-related topic is fair game for your analysis and
criticism, anywhere from 200-600 words. You can also submit a "letter to
the editor" for our new feature, Letters of Liberty, if you'd like to
respond to anything in our previous issue or anything else your local
Redwood Chapter, ACLU is up to (or should be up to). Anything submitted
which won't fit in this next issue will be saved for our Fall newsletter,
so don't hold back!

We'll be having a meeting of our Outreach Committee on Tuesday, August
12th at Noon at our local Redwood ACLU office (917 Third Street) to get
the newsletter ready for mail-out to our 800+ ACLU members in the Del
Norte, Humboldt, Western Trinity and Northern Mendocino areas.

E-mail your column or letter to redwoodaclu@hotmail.com today!
